Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days anywhere in South Africa. We process orders within 24 hours and ship via trusted couriers.
Yes! Free SA delivery on all orders over R500. Below that, a flat rate applies depending on your area.
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. You can also track via our Track Order page.
Currently we only ship within South Africa. International shipping is on our roadmap for late 2026.
The courier will leave a note and attempt redelivery the next working day. After 3 attempts, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange the next steps.
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items. Reach out to our team to start a return — refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the product.
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll replace it free of charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
